The Advanced Practice Registered Nurse and the Physicians Assistant provide primary medical care and preventive health care services to patients throughout the lifespan within an organizational structure that promotes innovation, continual growth, and learning for all.

Health Center provides comprehensive primary and preventive care, behavioral health care, and dental care for the entire family. The candidate will provide a wide range of health care services to targeted populations of multi-cultural underserved patients including new patients and patients with substantial mental health and substance use disorders. obtain patient health history, performs physical examination, and develops a relevant differential diagnosis. Orders, interprets, and follows up on diagnostic tests. Diagnoses acute and chronic medical problems within the scope of practice or formulate a comprehensive differential diagnosis. Prescribe and manages medications within the practice standards. Provide individualized patient education related to preventive care according to guidelines.

Candidate will support the primary care mission while thriving in a learning environment that also supports short-term rotating medical, pharmacy, advance provider, nursing and medical assistant students.
