Nurse Practitioner Aloha, OR (10 miles from Portland)
We are looking for a motivated Nurse Practitioner to join our medical practice full time or part time in Aloha, OR.
Our ideal candidate understands how to do functional exams, is a team player, can multi-task to see patients within our integrative medical practice. A nurse practitioner who is interested or experienced in healthy living, regen medicine, and aesthetic medicine is a plus. The position entails performing orthopedic/musculoskeletal based evaluations and performing US guided joint and trigger point injections and we prefer the incoming NP to be experienced in joint/regen medicine injections.

Duties:
Patient exams and consultations- orthopedic exams, functional exams, peripheral neuropathy exam (HPI, medical history, physical exams, and review pertinent medical records/imaging)
Order and review diagnostic imaging/studies
Blood draws/order and review labs
Treatment care plan formulation
Patient education as to the diagnosis, treatment options, pre and post care
Treatments/procedures to include Ultrasound Guided joint injections, trigger point injections, regen med, IV therapy, and aesthetic procedures if trained (we can provide training)
Collaboration with the medical assistants, colleagues, and staff for comprehensive patient care
Write medical orders/prescriptions to include durable medical equipment and a variety of therapies/rehab and modalities
Documentation- timely and accurate
Requirements:
Nurse Practitioner licensed to practice in OR
Interest/Experience in orthopedics, pain management, regen med, functional medicine, and/or aesthetics preferred
Experience with US guided joint injections preferred
Credentialed with Medicare and health insurance comp. a plus
DEA number prior to start preferred
Schedule:
Mon., Wed, Fri (9 - 5:30/6)
Tues, Thurs (9 - 5:30)
Full time vs Part time
No more than 40 hrs per week for FT
Part-time - hours flexible based on preferences
Salary (range- depending on experience):
$130,000 to $135,000/ year plus bonuses (depends on injection experience)
$65 for part time (plus bonuses)
Benefits:
Bonus compensation: based on procedures performed per month, possibility to make an additional $3k to $5k per month
